Dr. Krista Ford has been a faculty member at the University of Iowa College of Nursing since 2013. She is currently part of faculty practice, which involves both teaching and clinical practice.

Dr. Ford completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Bradley University. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Iowa. She has been a family nurse practitioner since 2011. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Iowa Nurse Practitioner Society.
