Anita Cory, PhD (she/her)
In my role, I have the privilege of guiding and coordinating recruitment efforts for the undergraduate (prelicensure) BSN program and working with students (and their support team/ family) as they experience and ultimately choose the University of Iowa for their educational journey. Once they are Hawkeyes, empowering students to reach their potential as their academic advisor, including them in student success programming, and being a part of their growth and development is a big part of my role. When I’m not with students, I’m often collaborating with College of Nursing faculty, the Office of Admissions, the Academic Advising Center, Academic Support & Retention, and numerous academic departments to ensure that student success processes are in place and working properly.
