I provide guidance and consultation to college leadership, supervisors, and employees on a range of employee and human resource matters, emphasizing expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, leave/FMLA administration, coaching, conflict resolution, complex problem-solving, and organizational development. I foster collaboration and actively contribute to shaping an inclusive, welcoming, and belonging culture within the college.
