I have the privilege to lead the staff and programs in the Felton Student Success Center which include enrollment management, academic advising, clinical placement, and student engagement and success initiatives. Our staff works closely with faculty to ensure students advance from admission to degree completion. I lead efforts focused on strategic planning, financial management, program assessment, and policy review and development.
